These Terms govern your use of PingShift ("PingShift", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
PingShift monitors websites, APIs, ports, and TLS certificates you configure, and notifies you of changes through the channels you connect. We also host public status pages on your behalf. The service is provided on a best-effort basis (see our Service Level & Uptime statement).
You must provide a valid email and verify it before monitors run. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You may only monitor assets you own or are explicitly authorized to monitor. Using PingShift to probe, attack, or stress third-party systems is strictly prohibited. Full terms are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Paid plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record: they handle the transaction, taxes, and invoicing, and their terms apply to the purchase itself. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in two clicks; access continues until the end of the paid period.
New accounts get a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card. When the trial ends, your account automatically moves to the Free plan — we never delete your data. If you have more monitors than the Free plan allows, we pause the excess (newest first) and tell you which, so nothing is lost and you can choose what to keep.
The Pledge: free forever means free forever, commercial use included. We will not restrict the Free plan to force an upgrade.
You retain ownership of everything you put into PingShift (monitor targets, status-page content, branding). You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — for example, performing checks against your targets and rendering your public status pages.
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard, which permanently erases your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, especially where ongoing abuse threatens others.
PingShift is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that every outage will be detected or every alert delivered (see the SLA). To the maximum extent permitted by law, PingShift is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or damages arising from missed alerts or downstream downtime. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
We may update these Terms; we'll post the new date here and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
