If you're not happy with a paid plan, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it, no interrogation. You also get a free 14-day Pro trial before you ever pay, so most people never need this.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime in two clicks; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't prorate partial periods by default, but if a renewal genuinely caught you off guard, email us and we'll make it right.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued back through them to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.
